A client who trust my guidance but trust themselves (and body) even more.
What is your big picture vision for your business?
Continuing to do bodywork, offering more workshops and trainings.
What is a common misconception about your work?
You don’t have to be stretchy/bendy to do yoga and there are different ways to meditate.

How do you describe femme x to others?
I’ve literally said “It’s the big pink historical house on the corner of Richland!” Lol. I also explain its a great place for women to come together and bounce ideas off of each other.
If you could re-read a book for the first time what would it be?
The Hunger Games
What is your favorite femme x amenity?
Jean Toal Meeting Room (Members - take advantage of your free meeting time!) and the top floor in general, the lighting up there is great for photos and videos!
What is your best piece of business advice?
Don’t let the opinions of others matter more than yours, it’s not going to be perfect at the beginning, middle or even the end. And don’t forget to brag on yourself.
What does your ideal Saturday look like?
My Saturdays are spent at Soda City so for me that’s having a successful day at the market! Then hanging with my sons, watching a movie. And napping.
Do you have any passion projects outside of your job?
My passion project has become part of my business and that is making yoga as accessible as possible to everyone regardless of background, color, size, financial status, etc.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
Myself! Next, my sons.
