About the Event
Join us for a hands on wellness cooking class with Chef J. All ingredients and materials will be included. Stay tuned for updates on the menu. A virtual option will be provided and ingredients can be picked up in advance. Links for the virtual session will be sent out prior to the event.
Chef J is a certified fitness trainer through World Instructor Training School, and recipient of the "Cooking for People with Illness", "Culinary Nutrition", and "Vegan Baking" certificates from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. Chef J decided that she wanted to make it easier to spread the wealth of a happy and healthy lifestyle. For many years she has served clients as a fitness trainer and health-supportive chef. With her extensive educational training, she can recommend a fitness plan and offer nutritious and delicious meals that are tailored to fit your needs and goals. Whether you are battling with extra weight, Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Gluten Sensitivity, Leaky Gut, Celiac Disease, or any other illnesses, Chef J offers prepared meals to help you reach your goals.
Chef J also has received certificates in Natural Health & Healing, Nutritional Concepts from Midlands Tech. She is also a certified Healthy Hands Cooking instructor. Her meals are perfectly portioned, gluten-free, no additives, no preservatives, and no white sugar, flour or rice.
