SCREENING

femme x COLUMBIA staff who are not feeling well will be required to self-quarantine. We encourage all of our members to enforce the same standards who are in the same condition.

Any femme x COLUMBIA employee or member who has tested positive for COVID19 may return after a 10-day self quarantine.

CONTACT TRACING

femme x COLUMBIA keeps  track of all people who are visiting the space. Members and guests check in at the  concierge desk. If a member tests positive for COVID-19, femme x COLUMBIA will alert potential contacts, such as members or visitors who had close contact with the individual.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES

We ask all of our members to wear a protective face covering in all common areas unless they can maintain at least 6 feet of distance from everyone. Face coverings will be available at the concierge desk if needed. 

 

Alcohol based hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building for use by members and guests.  All members, guests, and staff will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entering the building

Please wear your face covering in all common areas and ensure 6 ft. of distance.  We advise not to congregate in any of the printer or coffee areas without your mask on. 

 

COMMON AREAS
CLEANING FREQUENCY

All frequently touched surfaces are included in the daily cleaning checklist, i.e. door handles, tabletops, sinks and faucets. These surfaces are sanitized throughout the day and immediately after use. The building is deep cleaned on a regular basis. 

We’re closely following up with the continuously changing Federal / State / CDC / OSHA guidelines and will keep you updated throughout the process.
